Project NIRV (Non-Linear Intelligence Research Vector) is an independent research initiative dedicated to systems intelligence, strategic forecasting, infrastructure evolution, and non-linear analysis. Our development approach is pragmatic: core systems are developed closed-source for operational reliability and competitive advantage, while we publish basic ideas and early prototypes in open-source to enable conceptual understanding and community contribution.
